1. Orders and delivery

Every piece is prepared and quality-checked after order confirmation. Standard orders require a minimum of 7–10 working days for making and delivery. Customised, made-to-order or size-altered pieces may require 15–21 working days. Delivery timelines are estimates and can vary because of design approval, hallmarking, certification, payment confirmation, weekends, public holidays or courier delays. Delivery is made to the address provided at checkout and may require customer verification.
