This policy explains what information the Praycious Jewels app and website collect, why, and how it is protected. It applies to anyone using our app, website, or in-store digital services.

1. Information we collect

• Account details: name, phone number, and email address, collected when you create an account.
• Order details: delivery address and order history, collected when you place an order.
• Photos: images you choose to upload for an AI design quote, a custom order request, or the "Try It On" photo preview. These are used only to generate your quote or preview and are not used for facial recognition or any biometric purpose.
• Payment confirmation: we receive confirmation that a payment succeeded from our payment processor (Razorpay); we do not receive or store your card, UPI PIN, or bank login details.
• Usage data: basic app diagnostics (crash reports, performance) to help us fix problems.

2. How we use this information

• To process and deliver your orders, including customised and redesigned pieces.
• To generate AI design quotes and estimates from photos you upload.
• To manage Golden SIP accounts, loyalty points, and old-gold exchange requests.
• To contact you about your order, appointment, or a request you submitted via WhatsApp.
• To improve the app and fix technical issues.

3. Camera and photo access

Camera and photo library access is requested only when you choose to use a feature that needs it — the AI design quote tool, a custom order upload, or the "Try It On" photo preview. We do not access your camera or photos in the background, and we do not collect facial recognition or biometric data.

4. Payments

All payments are processed by RBI-authorised payment gateways (Razorpay/UPI). Praycious Jewels does not receive or store your card number, UPI PIN, or net-banking password at any point.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share the minimum necessary data with trusted service providers who help us operate — our payment processor (Razorpay), our cloud infrastructure provider (Google Firebase), and courier partners for delivery — solely to provide the service you requested.

6. Data retention

We retain account and order information for as long as your account is active and as required for tax, warranty, and legal record-keeping. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us (see below).

7. Your rights and account deletion

You can access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time. The app includes a self-service "Delete My Account" option (in Profile) that removes your account, cart, and wishlist immediately. You can also request deletion by contacting us through the app's support/WhatsApp option or the email below. Past order records are retained as required by Indian tax law even after account deletion.

8. Children's privacy

Our services are intended for users who can enter into a binding purchase agreement under Indian law and are not directed at children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
