1. Orders and delivery

Every piece is customised and made to order. Making takes 15 to 21 days after final design approval and payment confirmation. Our atelier confirms the delivery or store collection date for your order. Delivery is free: every order is sent by insured courier anywhere in India at no charge, covered until it reaches you, or collected from our Navsari store. Delivery takes 2 to 4 days after dispatch. Design changes, hallmarking, certification, public holidays and courier delays may extend the timeline. Delivery is made to the address provided at checkout and may require customer verification. For store pickup, please wait for confirmation that your piece is ready before visiting.
