1. Natural diamond buyback and exchange

Eligible natural-diamond jewellery may be considered for buyback or exchange under the applicable Praycious Jewels Pvt Ltd policy and the terms printed on the invoice. The item must be accompanied by its original invoice and Praycious Jewels Guarantee Card, and must pass our quality and authenticity inspection. A diamond lab report may also be required where applicable. Final value is based on the prevailing valuation at the time of return and the verified condition, gold purity, net gold weight and natural-diamond value. Making charges, GST, discounts and any applicable deductions are not refundable unless expressly stated on the invoice. Buyback or exchange is not automatic and is subject to approval after inspection.

2. Lab-grown diamonds

Lab-grown diamond jewellery is made to order and is sold with its applicable product details and Praycious Jewels Guarantee Card. It cannot be returned for a refund. For jewellery purchased from us, we buy back the gold at 100% of its value, calculated on the verified net gold weight and purity at our prevailing gold rate on the day of return. Lab-grown diamonds and colour gemstones carry no buyback or exchange value; instead, we can reset your stones into a new Praycious design, for which making charges and any additional gold or stones are charged. Making charges, GST and discounts are not refundable. This does not affect statutory rights for a manufacturing defect reported within the applicable warranty period.

3. Returns, exchanges and cancellations

Cancellation, return, resizing and exchange eligibility depends on the product type and whether the piece is customised or made to order. An order may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before production begins; production begins after final design approval and payment confirmation. Customised, personalised, engraved, resized and made-to-order pieces cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged after production begins. Eligible requests must be raised with customer support within the period stated on the invoice. The product must be unused, undamaged and returned with its invoice, Praycious Jewels Guarantee Card, applicable diamond lab report and original packaging with all accompanying items. Refunds, where approved, are processed after inspection to the original payment method, subject to applicable deductions. If a piece arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or differs from the design you approved, tell us within 7 days of delivery with photographs (an unboxing video helps). We will repair or remake it at no charge; if we can do neither, we refund the amount paid. For fancy-colour lab-grown diamonds and colour gemstones, a stone-weight variation of up to 0.10 ct from the design, disclosed when the order is placed, is not a defect.

4. Warranty, service and authenticity

Applicable gold hallmarking and diamond lab-report details, where available, are provided with the product. The Guarantee Card covers only the services and duration printed on it and does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised repair, loss of stones, scratches, discolouration or damage caused by chemicals. Customers should retain the invoice, Praycious Jewels Guarantee Card, any applicable diamond lab report and packaging for warranty or service requests.

5. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed through the selected payment gateway. Praycious Jewels Pvt Ltd does not store card PINs, banking passwords or payment credentials. A refund, if approved, is initiated after the product or cancellation request is verified; the time taken for credit depends on the payment provider or bank. Store pickup reservations are reviewed by our atelier. Payment and design approval are required before production begins.
